For iPhone

Go to app store and search for HEALOW
Follow app instructions
Healow would like to send you instructions-click-” YES.”
Click- “Get Started”
Agree to terms of use
Enter First Name, Last Name, DOB
Click “Yes, I have a practice code.”
Enter Practice Code- “CIHBDD”
Click Ascent Medical Group- “Yes this is my practice.”
Verify account with code
Choose a PIN and enter
Option-turn on face ID

*if you need to reset your Apple ID Password, that can be done following these instructions: RESET APPLE ID PASSWORD
